River Pines Inn was a perfect home-base in Winthrop! It is an easy walk to town and a quick drive to trails and wilderness. Gavin and Casey were exceptional hosts. They were easy to communicate with, very responsive, and generous. I highly recommend their Airbnb.

The room was clean and well stocked. There were even dog treats to welcome our fur baby. The location was perfect, easily walkable to downtown but still quiet and peaceful in the evening. It was way too cold outside to enjoy the riverview patio but summer guests will love it. Gavin and Casey were super responsive when we needed some additional garbage bags and the next day when we accidentally tripped a breaker running the microwave and hairdryer at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again…if they’ll have us!

Great location, close to downtown Winthrop and easy access to hikes in the North Cascades, has all the amenities you need for a perfect weekend stay. Easy check in/ out. Will definitely be back!

I highly recommend staying here! I booked it for my parents and they said the bed was incredibly comfortable, they could hear the river flowing right outside the window, and it was clean and quiet. The location is close to town but just enough around the bend that you experience the true peacefulness and quiet of the valley. Also, the suspension bridge and forest trail right out the door was amazing!

We loved the place. It has a great view of the Chewuch river and it’s a short walk to downtown Winthrop with all the restaurants and shops. It’s very quiet and clean, and accommodated 4 people quite nicely.
